The first phase was sports. From a tender age, swimming, surfing, cycling, and tennis became integral to my existence. These pursuits instilled in me discipline and perseverance. Surfing, in particular, unlocked the world of travel.

 

The second phase was college, where the study of Law and Environmental Law provided me with profound insights into society’s social, political, and economic frameworks.

 

The third phase involved venturing beyond my comfort zone to live and evolve. Although I began modeling at eighteen, it was post-college that I embraced it professionally.

 

My modeling career drifted in Europe at twenty-eight, where I immersed myself in the fashion industry and pondered Latin America’s rich textile heritage. The clothing and accessories I encountered during my surf trips in Latin America inspired me to explore the region’s fashion more deeply.

 

After years of research, I founded PLUS Art Films and created the television series MODA.DOC América Latina. What began as a dream with collaborators eventually became a reality at Fashion TV. To advance the project, I studied Cinema and Fashion Law. The knowledge amassed led to invitations to speak at conferences on ethical fashion. MODA.DOC América Latina embodies over a decade of dedication, achieved by a regular model.

 

I am proud and grateful for my modeling career, as it has enabled me to explore the world, gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry, and contribute to a global movement for ethical fashion. I am a steadfast believer in good, sustainable development, and a better world. Fashion should be a force for good, with regulations and sustainable values. Fashion transcends design and business.

PLUS Art Films was created to tell emotional and sensory stories that provoke thought. Information is the key to transformation. I am delighted to see more people concerned about the future of fashion. Latin America’s biodiversity and cultural diversity are invaluable, with a textile history spanning over five thousand years. The wisdom of the past combined with the design of the future is a formidable force. Interviewing designers, artisans, journalists, and professors has enriched my knowledge, yet I still have much to learn, prompting me to pursue further education in Fashion Law.
